NATHAN KAYE
With a power-driven roots style of guitar playing, soulful vocal delivery and insightful songwriting, Nathan Kaye is unquestionably an artist to experience.

For the last few years Nathan Kaye’s magnetic performance on stage has taken him on tours in China, UK and Europe. He's also supported a diverse range of artists including massive acts such as "The Corrs" as well as playing at last year’s East Coast Blues & Roots Festival and his song “The Shift” played on ABC TV’s Rage. Amazingly, he's also found time to write fresh material for his upcoming solo album.

Whilst Nathan calls his solo musical approach “earth roots and funky-folk”, his performance is uplifting, socio-politically conscious, pumps with funk rhythms, reggae, hip-hop and jazz. Crowds especially dig his innovative blend of beat-boxing (vocal drumming) and slide-didgeridoo. Nathan was introduced to Yidaki/Didjeridoo in his early teens by his aboriginal step-father.

THE BLACKWATER FEVER
From their seductive blues tune 'Back For You' to the energetic Rockabilly riffs of 'Devil In Me', The Blackwater Fever are proving to be a diverse band whilst still maintaining their particular lean on the vintage sound of 'Swamp'.

Shane Hicks's shy stage presence is left behind when an unexpected, dense, gravely voice floods the room. With a combination of thick electric guitar sounds and the primal blues beats of Rick De Marco they are at times atmospheric or just plain hard hitting blues to get down to!
